MS POS Project Methodology

Successful implementation of ERP, retail or hospitality projects together with our customers requires careful approach. For that purpose we have combined the classic waterfall method with agile elements. In doing so, software projects are structured into individual process sections: diagnosis, analysis, design, development, deployment and operation.

To ensure that the process is timely and smooth, we carry our diagnosis and analysis phase directly in the system. We divide the design and development phase into various sprints so that results can be delivered to you regularly.
