We find suitable solutions for our customers if software or hardware does not work as desired. Firstly, we try to provide immediate remote help and carry out thorough diagnosis. If it is clear that a cash register or peripheral device needs to be replaced, we immediately send a replacement device.

Use of professional equipment

We put high emphasis on offering only cash registers and the corresponding peripherals suitable for professional use.

Only those ones are available in the same configuration of 5-7 years, fail less frequently (retail hardened), have all necessary interfaces, updated software drivers and a lower TCO (total cost of ownership).

Sustainable concept

Another important aspect is the sustainability concept. The cash registers do not require to be completely replaced instead only defective components need to be exchanged. The service life of the devices is very high - 5-7, sometimes 9-10 years and is mostly limited by technological progress. We are happy to integrate consumer devices, but we do not maintain them. Although they tend to be less expensive, they usually have a limited life span.

Bring-in Guarantee

The hardware we offer usually has a 3 or 5 year "bring-in guarantee". This means that during this time any defect will be repaired, as long as it is not proven to be intentional.

Replacement devices in case of damage report

In order to be able to react quickly and efficiently, we always have one to two pre-configured replacement machines and the corresponding peripherals available for each customer. If a damage is reported before 04.00 pm, we will send you the same replacement machine the same day, which can be put into operation immediately the next day. Simply connect to power and network, we will do the rest remotely. All you have to do now is send us back your defective device and we will take care of the repair.
