Your daily responsibilities

consulting, implementation and support for our retail POS system Cegid
analysis of customer needs and their business processes
development of solution concepts in order to be able to carry out customer-specific adjustments
implementation of training courses and workshops as well as creation of training documents
support for existing customers

Your mind-/ and skillset

very good verbal and written communication skills (German and English, preferably also French)
a high level of customer orientation and the ability to question facts logically
strong passion for what you do
a completed degree or equivalent training in the fields of computer science / business economy
knowledge and ideally initial experience in retail and merchandise management
knowledge of SQL, e-commerce / e-business is an advantage
