Receipts become digital
Every year, 23.1 billion receipts are printed in Germany, resulting in costs of around 81 million euros and the consumption of almost 7 million kilometers of paper...! Figures that can be significantly reduced with the innovative idea of the startup anybill , because: the receipt becomes digital and comes directly to the smartphone - organized, categorized and available with one click at any time. MS POS has now been able to completely integrate anybill into the Cegid Retail Y2 POS solution and roll out the first pilot branches.
How anybill works?
QR Code on display
- After the checkout process, the QR or bar code is displayed on a terminal or customer display. The customer scans this with his smartphone.
QR Code or Barcode Scan
- Or the customer has donwloaded the anybill app, shows the individual QR code and this one is scanned.
In any case, after this process, the digital receipt is immediately available on your customer's smartphone. A printed receipt is no longer required.
You can use anybill without an app, with an anybill app or integrated into your own customer app.
anybill - more than just a digital receipt
- By using smart coupons, you as a retailer can offer your customers individual discounts tailored to their purchase history or provide additional information such as links to instructions, etc.
- Your customer, on the other hand, has perfect management and has always his receipt with him - for returns, exchanges or warranty claims. The days of paper and lost receipts are gone!
- For the saved receipt rolls, anybill supports a worldwide tree planting campaign in cooperation with the Trillion Tree Campaign. Via the tree tracker in the app, the customer can constantly follow this campaign (and thus his contribution).
- Thanks to the integrated store finder and the available detailed view, customers are always up to date on opening hours, contacts, and ratings.
The most frequently asked questions
Is the digital receipt legally compliant?
The anybill receipts as well as the functional options outside the app are 100% DSGVO compliant.
Can I also save already printed receipts in the app?
The anybill app has a built-in OCR module, which means you can also scan and archive receipts that have already been printed. In addition, the QR code can be printed on all paper receipts for subsequent digitization.
What about the new KassenSichV?
The information that has been legally obligatory since 31.03.2021 is also included in the digital cash register receipt.
What does the service cost?
anybill offers different scenarios - depending on the store and the number of transactions. Contact us and we will provide you with an individual offer.
Are there any other costs involved?
Installation of the components is required, as well as licensing in order to achieve the possibility of integrating the digital till receipt.
