Your daily responsibilities
  • telephone and written support for our existing customers in technical 1st level support (call acceptance, call forwarding, problem solving using standard scenarios, remote access to customer systems)
  • no sales!
  • ensuring a high-quality customer service and customer satisfaction
Your mind-/ and skillset
  • strong passion for what you do
  • enjoying contact with people and willingness to learn
  • very good knowledge of German and good English, French optional

  • good computer skills
  • you are a strong communicator and empathetic
  • you can inspire other people
  • flexibility from Mon - Sun 8:00 am - 10:00 pm; the shift plan is always created in consultation with you
